As regular readers also know, I only write about research that I’m actually doing or things that currently interest me. I usually don’t write about “current genealogy events” as nothing is more frustrating to subscribe to several blogs only to get extremely similar content or “one more discussion” on a topic that’s already been written about beyond it’s useful life.
