This 1883 marriage between Emma Pollard and David Snavely in Cromwell, Iowa,\u00a0was Emma&#8217;s fifth.<\/p>\n<p>It is mentioned because this was an excellent place for me to obtain the names of her parents, Clark Sargent and Mary Dingman.<\/p>\n<p>Every marriage record of relatives who marry multiple times should be obtained, no matter how long the marriage lasts or how many children result.
