From Annie, I learned:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unfortunately some women leave behind few records. Annie only left behind a death certificate, marriage record, and census enumerations in 1870 and 1880.<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t forget to look for obituaries in all newspapers. While writing this post, I realized there&#8217;s a newspaper where I&#8217;ve not searched.<\/li>\n<li>Watch out for snakes.
