Mr. Designing worked as an &#8220;And.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Apparently it wasn&#8217;t too difficult to find work as a conjunction in Peoria in 1955.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-886\" src=\"https:\/\/rootdig.genealogytipoftheday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/ocr-humansnot-262x300.jpg\" alt=\"ocr-humansnot\" width=\"262\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rootdig.genealogytipoftheday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/ocr-humansnot-262x300.jpg 262w, https:\/\/rootdig.genealogytipoftheday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/ocr-humansnot.jpg 607w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 262px) 100vw, 262px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.anrdoezrs.net\/click-865524-10470501-1404254934000?url=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.ancestry.com%2Fsearch%2Fdb.aspx%3Fdbid%3D2469\">city directories<\/a> are a great source and, for those without ready access to these print materials, the images at\u00a0<em>Ancestry.com\u00a0<\/em> are a definite advantage. But there are limitations.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of &#8220;And,&#8221; there&#8217;s one comment to make.<\/p>\n<p>Manually creating indexes to these materials would be extremely time consuming. It&#8217;s easy to understand that there will be some erroneous entries in databases of this type.
