FamilySearch has had a database of Nebraska marriages for some time, published as “Nebraska Marriages, 1855-1995” on FamilySearch. Specific search results indicate that the image is at a “partner site.”
Usually when an image is at a partner site, it means that a subscription to the site is required if one is not in a FamilySearch center when making the search.
Instead the link takes one to a generic page on the Nebraska State Historical Society website.
The URL seems to indicate a specific image–note the numeric with the file type of .jpg. This caused me to think that the site was going to pull up an image of the record or prompt payment, etc.
The page contains a note:
Queries about specific holdings or ordering information can be emailed to nshs.reference@nebraska.gov
It would be preferred if the page contained a little more detail about obtaining copies of these records, especially if all the image links from the Nebraska marriage index link to this page.

Darn, not a single one listed for my pioneer families in NE. But congrats to those that have their families entered.
